Mine I gave a name.

When my inner critical voice rears its ugly head, I shall tell it, “I hear you, but I’m not listening” (I know from experience that telling it to go f*ck off only makes it fight back that much harder. If I speak to it calmly from a centered, self-loving place, it will sense my confidence and know I really mean business.
