I haven't been to an online meeting. Honestly, I rarely go to meetings much any more. And the letting go app I mentioned is a daily reader app written by Melody Beattie. I go back and re-read Codependent No More Often. Once I got into mindfulness and mastering my mindset, it helped me advance to levels beyond the twelve steps.
