I have learned through my own experience of healing there are always going to be triggers in everyday life. Writing and reading is only tools to prompt awareness of our responses to the triggers. The body holds memories that the mind make think are healed. Work is needed for awareness of how the unconscious body, cellular memory and brain pathways respond.
