From my experience, the journey to back to personal power is worth every ounce of tears and effort.

…feel good enough, if I will ever be worthy, but I do know that I am tired of feeling like a victim. I also know I can never regain my lost innocence, but I want my power back. It may take another year or two of therapy to reclaim my self-worth too, but this is a journey that I am willing to make to become whole again.
