As Ive often written, the non judgement part of mindfulness if the hardest to obtain. Its neither good or bad, it just is. --a circumstance, an experience. We attach all the rest of it. In my recent article, i wrote that I now am starting to understand why present moments are sandwiched between awareness and non judgment. If all we bring to our present moments is awareness from the past, but still judge there is no growth. Good questions, Greg
